Hybajji Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

Hybajji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "hybajji") is an online betting and lottery platform in Bangladesh, operated through the hybajji.app website and its associated mobile applications. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between hybajji and any registered or unregistered user of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and are legally binding on both parties. By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or using any service on the hybajji platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Hybajji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

To register and use hybajji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may only operate one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Hybajji may require a copy of your National ID card or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Completing registration means you fully accept these terms and conditions.

If hybajji has reason to believe that any information is false or incomplete, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account verification process at any time.

You are fully responsible for the security of your hybajji account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username, password, OTP) with anyone.
• After logging out of your account, please do not allow others to use your device.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to hybajji support immediately.
• Hybajji will never ask for your password by phone, email, or SMS.
• Use a strong password and keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled.

If you forget your account password or are unable to log in, please contact the support team. hybajji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with a third party.

The following rules apply when placing bets on hybajji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the "Cash Out" feature may be used where applicable.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum limit may vary depending on the event and market.
• If hybajji determines that a bet was placed in error or accepted at abnormal odds due to a technical fault, hybajji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a "Bet Accepted" message.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be automatically removed and the payout will be calculated based on the remaining selections.

Hybajji acts as the sole authority on the final settlement of all bets. In the event of any dispute, hybajji's decision shall be considered final.

All financial transactions on hybajji are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following policies apply:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Deposit payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking services.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though delays may occur due to verification.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until your account is fully verified.
• Hybajji reserves the right to hold any transaction suspected of fraud.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Hybajji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only, and each member is entitled to it once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Every bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If hybajji determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hybajji platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system or engage in bonus hunting.
• Betting or operating an account using funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using hybajji for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

If any such activity is detected, hybajji reserves the right to forfeit all funds and bonuses in the associated account and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

Hybajji believes betting should be a form of entertainment, never a way to solve financial problems. That's why we're committed to responsible gaming:

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• The "Cooldown" feature lets you take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• The "Self-Exclusion" feature allows you to close your account for a minimum of 6 months.
• If hybajji identifies signs of betting addiction in a user, it may proactively suspend that account temporarily.

Hybajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violating these terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failing KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or legal authority.

You can request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, except in cases involving prohibited activities.

Hybajji will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Your account credentials falling into someone else's hands due to your own negligence.
• Loss resulting from security vulnerabilities in your device or network.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, server outages, or other unforeseen events.
• Delays or losses caused by errors in third-party payment gateways.

Hybajji always strives to maintain high service quality, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions.

Hybajji reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Registered users will be notified by email or SMS before any major changes.
• Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• Check the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page to see when the most recent changes were made.
